I was born in the Russian city of Severodvinsk on the White Sea. I began my first accordion lessons at the age of 5 with Tamara Faleva, and later continued my musical education at the music college under Swetlana Farber.

In 2008, I moved to Moscow and commenced my musical training at the Gnesins Music Academy under the guidance of Prof. Yuri Sidorov.

From 2014 to 2017, I completed the Master's program at the University of Music and Dance Cologne under Helmut Quakernack.

​

I have impressive credentials, being a laureate of both Russian and international competitions.

My talents have been supported by several scholarships and grants, including those from the Werner Richard - Dr. Carl Dörken Foundation and Live Music Now (Cologne).

​

My active concert schedule as an accordionist and member of various projects such as the trio "SpiegelBild," the theater production "La Môme Piaf," the Klezmer group "The Klezmer Tunes," and the band "Chanson Trottoir" has led me to numerous solo and chamber music concerts across Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Russia.

 

Since May 2022, I have been working as an accordion teacher at the Rheinische Musikschule in Cologne.

 

For the past nine years, I have been teaching accordion. My teaching is tailored to absolute beginners, advanced learners, and "finished musicians". The accordion has long shed its reputation as the "squeezebox" and has found its place among academic music disciplines. Today, it brings great joy to children, adults, and seniors alike (from 5 to 87 years old).

My teaching style is interactive, motivating, and tailored to the individual needs of my students. I create an open atmosphere where questions are welcomed, and active participation is encouraged. Utilizing modern teaching methods and technologies is important to me to optimize the learning process. My teaching methods have proven effective in fostering deeper understanding and long-term knowledge formation.

Teaching is not just a profession for me, but a passion. I look forward to imparting knowledge, inspiring students, and supporting their personal development.
